Description

This drawing category includes Precision Guide Units (PGUs) equipped with rollers of outer diameter 22-35 mm, defining the common mechanical interface and geometry for this series. Rollers are available in multiple material and design configurations, including yttria-stabilized zirconia (ZrO₂–Y₂O₃), bearing-type hardened steel grooved rollers and sleeve design rollers with integrated bearings housed within the roller body. All rollers are manufactured with application-specific groove geometries to match the intended wire or product profile. The category includes PGU variants both with and without position indicators, allowing for either basic adjustment or repeatable, precision setting of the guiding axes.
